The best hunter's chicken in Yorkshire I tell you. I only come here for good beer great food and good service. Well done keep it up
I ordered a steak and mushroom pie with chips. What arrived was a 'proper ' homemade pastry enveloped pie. Big chunks of beef and an extra serving of rich gravy. Reasonably priced too..£10.50Also a dog friendly pub.
Friendly local pub with food. Had Adnams ghost ship and it was as good as in Southwold. Staff are excellent. Not a complaint but loos just need a bit more attention. That said don't let it put you off. Great pub.
Excellent venue for good old pub food, the Hunters Chicken is the best I've had. Great selection of beers and friendly staff.

Been here a couple of times during our stay in Scarborough. Food excellent, friendly helpful staff. Typical old style English pub which we love.
Lovely pub. beer nice but over 4 quid a pint meals on offer reasonable price would go again
