Honestly had a good experience dropped all the bags of clothes and they took the lot honestly most still had tags on as well lady was lovely

Took 4 whole bags of good quality clothes,  lady rejected a load of good condition clothes, including 2 new tops for example came out with 2 bags only got five pounds. This is the second time I have taken clothing there, purely for speed and a few pounds.  Definitely won't bother using again.

Lady was nice, helped me carry bags, speedy service thank goodness as I had my toddler. Took all my clothes after a quick look through I left the bags open. Thought I would leave this review as all the bad ones nearly put me off going, but I’m glad I did as I’ve had a good clear out and am £17 better off so it was worth it.

I found the lady very helpful. She sorted through the clothes very carefully and i ended up £30 richer! Well worth the visit and i will certainly be returning.

I wouldn't even give this place 1 star! Women was extremely rude, rips opens the bags, throws the clothes on the floor without even looking at time and decides they are no good. I had to then pick up the clothes and say what's wrong with this the website says this is acceptable , she would look at it them decide it was acceptable. Clothes had never been worn and labels was still on them. She ripped open a suit bag that had a brand new suit in and threw it on the floor. I even phoned up to complain about the service in the shop and the women on the phone was just as useless. I would strongly suggest you avoid this place and go else where!

Have been here a few times, not going back. The woman was rude, ungrateful and threw the things she didn't want to one side and seemed extremely fussy. Not even a thank you. Donated loads of clothes and shoes for £3!? Would rather give to a charity shop, at least they are more grateful.

Absolutely disgraceful. Came to our house ripped open 5 of the 15 bags we had for them of high quality clothes  his words including new stuff with labels still on but refused to take any saying they were too old, very disappointed

Turned up and was told clothing was "too old". It's very high quality, classic as in "ageless", some of which is designer, some unworn or worn rarely, so looks brand new. Waste of time.

I had taken loads off clothes at least 5 big bags and the scale did not eaven move RIP off

6 large bags of clothes and only got £12
