Precious Moments has been a wonderful experience. Denise was amazing and supported my sister to find the right dress for her. We have visited other shops before but at Precious Moments, we were welcomed from the start and my sister was made to feel beautiful and special. It felt warm and homely. The changing area was decorated beautifully and the decor in the shop is lovely! I can't wait to go back in a few months time to look for a dress for my own wedding. Would highly recommend!

Visited Precious moments Bridal Wear today and as a plus size bride who hasn't had a great experience of wedding dress shopping so far i was extremely nervous but I shouldn't have worried !!! We was made to feel welcome from the moment we walked in . Denise was the lovely lady who helped me today. She explained about what plus size dresses were in the store and after looking through and asking what I was looking for (even tho i had no clue) helped pick out some absolutely gorgeous dresses to try on while making me feel totally relaxed and comfortable . What a lovely lady ☺.. My only regret was that I only needed the one dress as they were all stunning...left the store extremely happy and cant wait to wear my perfect dress on my special day!!!

I can't thank this bridal shop enough for seem enough for all the help I was given. Lorna you are a super star!! After a awful experience and being let down by another bridal shop and with only 3 weeks to go until my wedding, I found myself with no dress (bride's nightmare). I ran into the shop on a busy Saturday morning and found Lorna. After telling her my whole nightmare and advising her I needed a dress today, dropped what she was doing to help me out, with an appointment there and then. As a plus size bride, I doubted that I'd find anything at all that would fit, but after 4 dresses and Lorna's patience with a anxious and stressed me, found me the most beautiful dress that fitted!. The shop owner kindly said I could purchase the dress out of her stock. But their help didn't end there! Janet the shops alterations lady kindly squeezed me in again 2 days later for a fitting for a few tweaks of my dress. Janet has kindly said she will fit my dress in amongst all her other work ! WoW you guys are amazing and I can't recommend this bridal shop enough. If you are purchasing a wedding dress, then this is the shop I suggest you go to with out doubt. Thanks ladies!!!. Xx

What a truly wonderful experience we have had this morning - my youngest daughter was treated with care and compassion. On a tight budget, Denise went to great lengths to accommodate her wishes and dreams and we came away with a beautiful dress under budget. Thank you Denise for making this event such a great addition to her wedding preparations. We’ll be back soon for my other daughter!

Couldn’t agree more with the 5 star reviews of this bridal shop. I’d traipsed round a few bridal shops miles away from home, everything looking great on the peg but for some reason, not on me. Then I discovered this wonderful boutique a 10 minute drive from me with the most wonderful staff and dresses. I found The One here! Denise is like a fairy godmother, super helpful and clearly very knowledgeable. All of her team have just the right approach. I’ve been back numerous times to try on my dress and it’s never too much trouble. I’ll be recommending this boutique to everyone I know who’s looking for their wedding dress!
