Went to this store to trade in some games for PS4. The price that they offered was as expected. I was asked for ID to be registered on the system. I was served by Suman and I don’t know why, but at the beginning I felt not welcomed in the store, like I brought stolen goods. The store is quite spacious and well stocked up. They have a large variety of games, musical instruments and electronic items. The Karan was fantastic, it felt to me that she was a happiest person working there. If not for that feeling at the beginning I would rate it 5 stars. But overall, when they get to know you it’s all fine, so I am happy with everything.

Went in on Saturday afternoon to sell a few items I didn't need anymore. The department for selling items was clearly sign posted, and online have to wait long to be seen. Aaron was very friendly and helpful. He quickly set up my items ready to test, and gave me a price for my items that I was happy with. Fair buying prices and friendly, helpful staff.

The shop was professional, lots of information given about the product i wanted to buy. I bought a carpet cleaner never used for half the price. They also gave a 1 year warranty. Christine was very friendly and gave me all the information i needed on the product. I will definately come back. Good price, good product, good staff.
