Massive thank you to the staff at Bairstow Eves, work extremely hard to make sure i got my 1st propery, always on hand for any issues i had. always on call when i needed to speak to them . Very professional with great knowledge of his housing and helpful information.

Bairstow eves Waltham cross have been a breathe of fresh air following a rather bad experience with a national estate agent.
From the enquiry to marketing and viewings the team have been highly effective with viewings, feedbacks and extra advice 
The key element is communication and trust
My lead negotiator was Reggie who is polite , pubctual and highly professional who gives confidence to me the vendor. He has fed back and created a constant interest on marketing He is never phased by queries.
Bairstow have achieved high viewings with great outcomes in less than 5 weeks

5 Stars To BairStow Eves and their Senior Sale Consultant - Sarah Garrad.

As a first time buyer in this economic climate is a daunting task. But I can't thank Bairstow Eve enough for just making things simple and being serious in helping me find a Property so fast and actually understanding what I was looking for.

I went to a number of different estate agents and seem to waste a lot of my time, showing properties that were totally unsuitable, going to Open day viewing with large number of people observing the property etc etc in a NUTSHELL not listening. Then my Parents recommended me to go Bairstow Eve as they helped them to buy their current house many years ago and once they knew I was interested in the Waltham cross area they forward me to their Waltham cross Branch.

Waltham Cross branch where very organised and professional in all aspects of finding properties, mortgage advice, Offer advice, exchange, completion and aftercare. I must give special mention and praise to the Senior Sales Consultant - Sarah Garrad who was on the ball from the very beginning to the end. Communicated on all levels and a lot beyond the call of duty (spoke to Vendors, Vendor's solicitor, my mortgage lenders, my Solicitor, my building surveyor), to make things move so quickly, her thoroughness is 2nd to none, emails, calls, internet links, pics of properties, forwarding reports. The list is endless and very quick to respond with the concerns I had as a 1st time buyer. This helped me to complete in 7weeks & 2days.

I can't recommend BairStow Eves Waltham Cross Branch ENOUGH and thank you for helping get my Dream HOME.
