The Casa Italia Ristorante is one of Southport longest-established eateries and we have been serving the people of Southport for over 40 years.

We are a popular, authentic Italian restaurant with a great atmosphere be it day or night. Known for our fresh ingredients, generous portions and the best value Italian wine, low prices make us affordable for everyone.

We are a bustling eatery with traditional Italian interior, we seat 100, All food is prepared on the premises daily from the pizza dough right down to the home-made tiramisu.

Over the past three decades the likes of Luis Suarez, Dominic Collins John Parrott and have all graced our tables. Popular both day and night it is open right through from noon until 10.30pm. We are situated right in the heart of the city center opposite the Lord Street Gardens

Have already eat in a few time, the waiting time will obviously depend on how busy it is but even tho the food doesn't take to long. Like the restaurant mood, cozy, not noisy, great to have a family dinner of even if you go as a couple. The only issue will be if you have a person with a wheel chair, the toilet is in the first floor without a way to reach it without using the stairs. Had never a complain about food, tasty and warm. Good costumer service from waiters.

Love this place. Breastfeeding friendly too, I don't take the Mick though and I do use a shawl but they didn't bat an eyelid when we asked for a table where id feel comfortable to feed my son and didn't stick me at the back corner like some places do. Food is always gorgeous here. Cooked fresh in open view kitchen. Lovely end to a shopping/fun day in Southport

Very disappointed with our meal last night. Having eaten here several times before we are wondering if it has new owners. Maybe it was the special 2 course menu that was inferior but my mussels were tiny and tasteless and swimming in bland cream sauce. My salmon pasta was bland and scarcely any salmon My gluten free garlic bread was so crisp is was difficult to chew and had to be snapped apart to eat . Doubt we will give this a second chance

Visited casa Italia with five friends.the service was excellent, staff very attentive. The food was tasty and hot. Would recommend.

Get what you pay for! We had the Early Bird menu and it was acceptable: very much typical Italian food. Most of the food seemed fresh and well flavoured and the service was good. The fried mozzarella lost its edge after it was drowned in tomato sauce; I have had it before with a simple dipping sauce and was much tastier! Similarly, the soft drinks were from plastic bottles and were warm. I mean, they cooled down with the ice eventually so all was good. Bar that, no complaints!
