Our experience with Carter Jonas was extremely positive as buyers.

We were originally shown round the property by Richard Moss, who was professional in his approach, we liked the property so much we instantly put in an offer which was eventually accepted after several days of negotiation. The sale then went on for a number of months due to various issues in our chain, Richard took it on himself to replace the void in the chain left by our estate agent who had frustrated the solicitors / buyers in the chain and were therefore not responding, however they were more than happy to work with Richard due to his excellent approach to dealing with difficult people. 

We just wanted to say thank you to you and your team (Particularly Richard) for managing the difficult circumstances and people in the chain so we were able to get the property we wanted, I'm pretty sure without Richards support we wouldn't have been in our new house and the sale would have fallen through. 

We would definitely recommend using Carter Jonas for a very professional service with dedicated staff who go above and beyond.

I found the staff at Carter Jonas Northampton extremely professional when purchasing my new property & actually changed my mind from instructing a competitor to market my house for sale & used Carter Jonas instead.
Their local knowledge along with great attention to detail made the difference for me. I dealt with a lady called Lisa Byron on my house purchase & was always given a prompt, professional service. Lisa was honest & open throughout my purchase & never once pushed me for a decision to buy the house whilst I was contemplating the purchase. In fact Lisa always said "take your time & make the right decision for you & if you want to take another look anytime just let me know". 
Dealing with Lisa & the staff at Carter Jonas was a refreshing positive experience & I would have no hesitation in recommending their service to all.

The service we have received from Richard and the team at Carter Jonas has been brilliant. Communication & keeping us updated whilst purchasing our property has been over and above what we anticipated. I would highly recommend them.

Having had Carter Jonas as the estate agents when we bought our property 5 years ago, when we came to sell we didn't hesitate to use them again. We found them to be consistently professional, friendly and excellent at keeping us up to date and informed. Lisa Byron is an absolute star and took all of the stress and worry out of selling our property. She provided an incredibly high level of service whilst still being highly personable, sensitive and understanding. We felt we were in safe hands from start to finish.

I have nothing but positive feedback regarding Carter Jonas and especially Lisa who dealt with our purchase.  Any time we have used an estate agent I rarely have positive feedback to give for one reason or another but the service received has been outstanding.  If we are promised a call back, we get it.  When we have requested any additional information it has been sent across and if there is a delay in getting it then we have been notified.  There has always been communication throughout the process.  Lisa has gone above and beyond to help us and I would definitely not hesitate in using Carter Jonas in the future.  Extremely professional company.
