It will accommodate around around 10 cars. But you can safely park on the road too. Best part is that it's right at the beginning of the trail. Get there before 9am to garantee a spot either inside or close by
Small car park with good access to the Mourne wall Slieve Binnian and Lamagan. Arrive after 9am and you'll have to park on the narrow county road.

The 5-star review is for the upper of the three car parks here the second, a small one on the corner of the main road is free and fills up fast, and there's another paid one in a field just a few metres further down the main road. The upper car park is £3 for the day and £5 for the night, has a magnificent view over Annalong, a very welcoming host in the house just there, and sits right next to the fantastic Carrick Cottage Cafe great coffee and awesome breakfast. Perfect for access to hiking, wild camping and climbing in the Mournes.
No better place for a days walking around the mournes..
The car park is small, around 20, 25 cars. Free of charge, provides litter boxes and it's perfect for starting Slieve Bennian trail.
Brilliant place for walks, hikes and fantastic views
This free car park is handy for Slieve Binnian and Blue Lough. There are no facilities but further up the gravel track there is now a pay car park £3 per day with a small coffee shop, toilets and camping.
Fine car park. There are two up the lane and one has a basic campsite with wash facilities. There is also a lovely cottage where you can get tea, coffee, chocolate etc and nibbles to help get your energy back after a good walk
