Matt was so helpful today in solving my keyboard problem. He gave advice over the phone but I was unable to fix it myself. He then offered to dial in on remote and fixed the problem straight away for me. All the staff at Linc IT are always polite and very helpful. They always give a 5* service. Highly recommended!

Linc IT provided a brilliant service. My computer was very slow, and to be honest was very close to not working at all. The team was very knowledgeable, they also gave me a very detailed explanation/solution to the problems, also in a manner I could understand. I got the computer back within the day. I would recommend this company to anyone searching for this kind of service, further more I will definitely be using Linc IT in the future.

Excellent service. I brought my old laptop in to be repaired with a number of problems. I wanted to know whether it would be worth fixing or not. After deciding my old laptop was past its best, I put my trust in the staff at lincIT to find me a new laptop with a similar if not better specification than my old laptop. They did this within the same day, offered first class customer care in the advice they gave to me; consequently the laptop was ordered on Monday and arrived on the Tuesday and was ready for me to take it home the same day. Matthew was extremely helpful - all the data from my old laptop and programs I needed installing were put onto the new one. He also spent 40+ minutes sat with me, making sure everything was setup correctly, transferring my Microsoft account over for me and showing me how to create accounts to save time and new ways of using these accounts to back up my files and configurate my devices. Thank you and I will definitely be using your service again.
