Kitchen floor product was faulty, and carpetright saying, this is the manufacturer fault, but my question is that , I have pay money for this product to carpetright,, from very first day we are complaining,, and waiting for replacement, every time we are getting different answers , 4 months already pass ,,, I don't know how long they will take to arrange replacement ,, Very poor service, customer care service also not helpful,, My family & friends saying to me, this is your fault to chose Carpetright,,, is this really my fault to chose Carpetright ??

Had a really good experience at Carpet Right in Urmston. Gary looked after us and gave us really professional and friendly service. I would recommend this branch to anyone looking for carpet for their home.
Be careful of the store manager called Chris, who also works at the White City store. He lied to us about the availability of luxury vinyl tiles LVT and had us wait for 1.5 months for the LVT to arrive in the warehouse. Chris was even behind the gang of flooring fitters who wanted to ask us for extra payment for some works that should be already included in the invoice. Chris threatened us on the phone by saying that the fitters could take legal action by taking us to the small claim court. But at the same time, in order to shirk their responsibility, Chris and Carpetright insisted there’s no contractual agreement between Carpetright and the fitters they recommended. There’s a line in the invoice saying this, but you don’t get to see the details of the invoice until you’ve paid fully for the materials from Carpetright. I’ve complained to Carpetright about Chris’s poor behaviour and suspected collusion with the fitters to ask for extra money by extortion, but Carpetright hasn’t taken the complaint seriously. They didn’t even acknowledge the fact that the fitters or Chris shouldn’t have asked for extra payment. This bunch of people are hopeless and we will seek redress from the relevant authorities.
Nice selection of carpets and laminate flooring etc. Staff did tried their best to help me. However, since they have a policy of not opening the box to give a sample, therefore I couldn't get what I was looking for. Nevertheless, the staff really tried to help.

Chris was really friendly and helpful and clearly knowledgable in what he was doing. Really speedy process and look forward to visiting again soon for the remaining areas that need carpeting!

Chris was extremely helpfulmand despite one or two hiccups on the way I'm delighted delighted with my new carpets fitted expertly and on time
Went in for some advice and samples and the level of service and information we got was superb
