Fantastic customer service by Ann in the Ashton branch when I was looking for an engagement ring. Couldn't be more helpful and went above and beyond to make sure i had the perfect ring in time for going on holiday. Will definitely use again

Jewelry is not as good as it used to be watches are brilliant still also have a Harry potter range of jewelry now very expensive but not bad all round I suppose nice to get little memory Jewelry and memory books etc it's been their for a long time now I think it could do with a revamp....

Went in today just to buy stocking fillers and noticed they had a Mudmaster G shock for £345 as a daily beater that I'd toyed with buying. I asked to try it on and the sales lady immediately opened the cabinet , passed it to me and said she would price match any other retailer. I knew of a major online retailer who was reducing this watch by £100 and showed her. She passed my phone to the manager and boom...yes we'll match that! Wait! What?! Well I shall purchase it then. Both the girls in there are an absolute pleasure and the manager really knows his watches.  Heads up H Samuel if you have plans on selling high end time pieces £500 upwards which, let's be honest, is where it's at these days get this guy over to Switzerland on a program and trained up, he'll shift them for you. His relaxed well informed manner is spot on. The sales girls were so affable we bought two pairs of earrings while we were there as well. Bravo H Samuel on your choice of staff don't let these three employees go. As we walked away the manager said "Be sure to revisit if you need another watch". Absolutely I will. God how I wish you sold Omegas, Breitlings, Tags, Alpinas and Oris etc and did price matches. My wife would have to ban me. Well done again guys at Ashton branch. You're a credit to that brand name.

I was dealt with today Ashton under Lyne mall by 2 of the most helpful ladies. There friendly nature made me feel relaxed in-store they were easy to speak to and good at their job. They exchanged goods with receipt no fuss no hassle they were fast efficient and patient whilst talking to other customers queuing. Very well done. A plus for your business. Thanks guys
