Customer service is 100% poor! When i visited the store all staff were on their mobile phones checking their FB. After getting there attention & arranging the initial survey i still await a quotation.. No one ever answers the phone, i have tried on & off all day Goodbye Carpet Right

Terrible customer service. Arranged for new carpet to be fitted for the end-November - store managed to loose the carpet and I'm still waiting for the replacement to be fitted.
