Had an accident in one of their branches, chair was faulty and broke,I injured my back when I landed on the floor. I'm disabled and I got the impression that they were blaming me and my disability for the incident!

Very busy but pleasant coffee shop with abundant comfortable seats. Coffee not as good as H&H but acceptable and good value

Great coffee shop on located on the side of an iconic tesco store, staff friendly and observant i dont even have to order they all remember what i have! Makes you want to go back every day and always same faces working so you know the staff are treated good. Would be nice if they opened the doors and put some tables out in the summer there is some small space beside tesco for this but im not sure about tesco policy and what fees they will charge but deffinately check them out
