Big store, wide range of goods, including non grocery, but a vile place to shop. Full of staff doing shopping for home delivery or click and collect. They get in the way with their massive trollies on each side of the aisle. Self scan is dreadful. Only used it twice and had to wait for it to be checked each time. Then after it was checked had to wait again for the wine to be approved. Total waste of time.

This is one of the better run Tesco stores. They have a good range of products. The store is always tidy, much better that the Stevenage or Royston ones. In the store there is a pharmacy, opticians, phone shop and barbers. There is plenty of parking and very good well run car wash services

Good variety of goods, from electrical to frozen food sold here and you can get brand names as well as own brand. Parking is great, it has a cash machine and a petrol station. If you have a Club card you can earn points too.

staff very unhelpfull, nowhere to be found on the shop floor when you need them. also they dont pull stock forward, products are nearly always out of reach on top shelves! recently in the clothes section i had experienced a very rude member of staff, very disrespectful. i had my baby in the shopping trolley and i wanted to try an item of clothing on in the changing room as i wanted abit of privacy. she however said i wasnt allowed to go to changing room as i have shopping in the trolley. i asked for the proof in writing where it says i cant do that as there was no sign up to state that. she told me there was a sign but fell off 'apparently' she was looking down at me, &she clearly was lying!! i felt so very discrimated, first to experience something like this from an tesco member of staff @tesco baldock! infact there may have many racist staff there, as after that i had experienced another rude behaviour from another member of staff that was blocking my entry with his stock trolley at an aisle i wanted to get to, oh and he was being apologetic but with no eye contact and minimal effort!! absolutely appalling. the reason why i have minimised my shopping there lately. they need to clean up on their staff and monitor them regurlary, utterly disgraceful!!
