Halfords - Letchworth Store

All the staff were very helpful and friendly, Paul, the manager, was extremely helpful and accommodating.

I am a trade customer and I ask for a simple exchange for apart I did not use the floor manager Paul was extremely rude and done everything in his power not to give me a simple exchange and I was also in there a week ago and asked for a email receipt of a product I bought that same day and to do this for me the same manager Paul was extremely rude did not want to do it for me a simple customer service matter in about a year ago the same manager he did similar things like this before I avoided using the store for 6 months but today I did not want to drive the extra distance and as usual the same manager was extremely rude . Every other store I have been to is fine it's just that manager at Letchworth store is always a problem I've been halfords customer for 10 years and I am also a trade customer the rudeness of Paul is without excuse I feel sadly that I cannot use my local store anymore

I was in halfords today with my husband first simple exchange the manager Paul was extremely unhelpful and rude i was disgusted at the customer service will not go to the store again would like anybody that has similar experience to complain with me this manager really need a course in customer service

Got what I needed but the staff don't seem to have much specific knowledge abiut aby of the products or services.
