Short version: they don’t answer the phone and fitters May or may not turn up and if they do they do a bad job and maybe not even finish it! DONT SHOP HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT IF YOU DO. Full version: I ordered the carpets quickly and easily in the store and booked in the fitting for a few weeks later, allowing plenty of time from both sides and I was told I would get a call around 8am on the day to let me know when they will arrive. I didn’t get a phone call, so I called the store at 9.30am to chase, I was told by the lady I’d be called back, and I wasn’t. Phoned another 2 times (10:00 & 10:45) after that and again told I would get a call from the fitter. I then called again at 11:45 and was told the fitters were at a 5 bed house in Farnborough so it would be a PM apppointment - great, but that still doesn’t tell me when and I’ve waited in all morning unnecessarily. 13:00 they arrived and walked in without invitation, which made me a bit uneasy. They fitted 2 out of the 3 carpets (and very badly) only to find the 3rd carpet was wrong so they’d have to come back tomorrow and make a call to arrange fitting. I’ve none stop called them since and had no response at all. I am now having to go in this to the store this morning to sort it all. Not amused and certainly won’t be using them again!

We were sold carpets by Carpet Right Guildford and when they were fitted by them, we trusted their team to be in the house unattended. Not only did they fit carpets in a bedroom with blue marks over it and leave it, they used all 3 toilets in the house and did not flush. They left rubbish everywhere inside, empty drinks cans outside and all the offcuts spread all over the drive. It took 3 unhelpful phone calls to the store manager to get the carpet replaced. They always promised to call back and didn't, we chased every single call to get it sorted. Once they have sold you the carpet, the staff are very rude, abrupt and unhelpful. Do not respond to emails and never called back when they promised. DO NOT USE these people, save yourself a lot of time/effort and go somewhere else. The only redeeming thing was the fitters who came to solve another problem we had (carpet did not meet threshold)... they were actually helpful.

Didn't turn up on day of booking and I only knew they weren't coming when I phoned them. Not helpful

Oh dear, a fiasco from start to finish! Tried to get laminates done for our bedroom and study. Order placed and paid in full, promised a call 7-10 days to arrange fitting. After 14 days I rang them, took me over 6 hours to get the ring tone - always engaged. "We will ring you back" (but they never did), after about a week of this, they admitted it was out of stock until 10th October! So tried to get one room done, but the fitter turned up and didn't have all the materials, after 3 more attempts to get the fitting done, we returned to the store to sort it all out. They do not answer the phone, they do not return your calls, even their customer services failed to ring us back! I am pleased with the final result but it has been extremely hard work getting it done and I have had to be very very persistent with them. I would never use them again!

would never go there again !! The people that work there are so rude ,i wanted someone to come out and measure for me however the man i spoke too said i didnt need that and that if i could show him how big the room was he could just give me a price , i said no that i wanted someone to come out so he gave me a time and date but no one showed up !!!! That team must be losing carpet right thousands
