CPL staff and products are of the highest quality. I have had no issue with items purchased from this place. In fact, my bathroom is composed entirely of their ex-showroom stock. I used Mr. Dippie to both remove and refit the items into my home. I find the previous review a total shocker as, on research, the court found in favour of Mr. D. Mr. D has worked for many celebrities and is a favoured fitter who gains most of his work by word of mouth.

I bought a shower enclosure from CPL Bathrooms and used a bathroom fitter, Colin Dippie who CPL Bathrooms recommended. Colin did a very bad job and the shower has been leaking every since the installation, making it unusable. He refused to make good the work unless I paid for a replacement shower. This I refused to do. When I took Collin to court, CPL Bathrooms sided with him and claimed the poor work was my fault, that I had put Colin under pressure to finish the job quickly which is not true. As a result I lost the claim and I am facing a massive bill to have the whole job redone and the whole experience has caused me a lot of stress. CPL Bathrooms and Colin Dippie do not come with my recommendationI am attaching a photo of the area where Mr Dippie fitted the shower,.

I am more inclined to go with Marlene on this one as I know Colin Dippie and Janeylou Bassett are personal friends as they took part in a much publicised charity pedalo ride together in 2016. The pedalo sprang a leak and began to sink just 1 hour into a proposed week long journey. Colin never managed to go the full distance after plugging the leak as a pedal broke and he gave up. It seems there is a pattern emerging here!
