Excellent product portfolio with competitive pricing and professional staff at the Guildford store. Have bought many items over the years and go back because of the positive experiences. Delivery isvalways well planned with delivery staff who care the product(s) being delivered plus the house or flat being delivered too. Recommend.

Have brought a lovely new wardrobe that also come with a lovely chesterdaws was fantastic price with 60% of the order looking forward to it be delivered all staff were friendly and polite in Guildford store

I changed my delivery address between placing the order and the furniture arriving from the factory. It has been a full month now since my original intended delivery date, and I have yet to have my furniture delivered. There’s been a lot good intention from the people I speak to DAILY, trying to chase this up, but an INCREDIBLE LEVEL OF INCOMPETENCE from the backend staff. I am now trying to raise this with the store GM for a second time.

Cracked our floor tiles whilst delivering. Have been trying to contact them for over a month. Of course they are happy to take your money though!
