Rude staff members at the Guildford store , they don’t want to be working which is very clear with the miserable faces they give everyone they serve! Especially the one lady with ginger hair what served me you need to cheer up and smile love you couldn’t be more unhappy if you tried! You really need to get a new job 😁😁😁

A lot of items but not top quality. Can be hard to find what you want as it is a bit messy with its layout. Usually a wait for changing rooms and a long queue to pay! But fashion at an affordable price.

As I had to return an online order, I visited the store on Sunday, February 18th 2018. The online order did not have any paperwork and the staff refused to help me. There is no WiFi reception so I had to go all the way outside the shopping centre to download the order details. When I got back to the till the rude male staff said to me: "it wasn't difficult, was it?". He would not provide his name so I had to ask for the manager. The manager did not give his name either but only provided his staff number. RUDE, USELESS, LAZY, DISRESPECTFUL staff! Go there only if you like to be abused, insulted and laughed at. AVOID! Customer service ZERO!

The staff is really rude and their entire staff definitely needs customer service training. The staff is impolite and ill mannered and they don't want customers to come in and shop, probably they come to the store to just relax and chat.
