We ordered a college kit 6 6 weeks ago, no response from this company, half turned up, missing clippers and foils, the main part my son needs. After spending a whole afternoon on the phone with no answer and sending 4 emails with no response whatsoever I am disgusted at the standards of this awful company. not professional at all. They had no worries taking hundreds of pounds from us 6 weeks ago, not even a note in the other half of the delivery saying items to follow. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Daughter has been waiting for a refund for over six weeks aweful customer service no reply to emails or telephone calls disgusted that Brighton Met College has this company as its recommended supplier to obtain beauty kits for the courses it runs. One star is one star too much. I don't hold out any hope that she will ever receive her refund. The kit she did receive was short of items which still have not arrived and probably never will. Absolutely nothing professional about this company.
Placed an order with them at the end of November, they've taken the money and now I can't get hold of them. Neither of the phone numbers, nor the email are working and I want to know if I'm going to get my order before Xmas!
Do they still exist. Was thinking of spending around £2K on new equipment having looked at their website. Called them but phone rang for 8 minutes with no answer. Then saw other reviews so assume they did not want my business
My daughter paid £3000 for a machine which has never arrived and despite promises of a refund this has not arrived neither .DO NOT PURCHASE anything from this company they do not return phone calls
I purchased 2 machines of Carlton awful experience from start to finish especially the training as there was a transition over so very confusing would never get anything from them again
I bought and paid for product on 24Th November still not arrived. Not answering phone just found another number which I will try in the morning
Great range of products at competitive prices online and in store. Well worth a visit to their new Beauty Store if you live in the local area!
Love their machine reliable, durable and good technology
