Surprised and disappointed in how Club Caribbee has sought to resolve an issue. Unsympathetic and unwilling to acknowledge that there is any issue with their processes. I had to listen to management covering for the failings of a frontline staff member. The reason? It is their policy to NOT confirm your flight booking in writing when you apparently 'book' a flight that you didn't know you booked apparently.  When you find out that they have in fact reserved seats for you that you didn't know they had reserved for you, they will  blame you, the customer for the issue, saying that you "did not comprehend" that they would have booked the flight for you and therefore it is your fault. 

Do not fall into the trap of giving your name or any of your party's names unless you intend for Club Caribbee to book you onto a flight. I've learned the hard way that by making a simple telephone enquiry and giving their agent my name, the names of my companions and my approximate travel dates, Club Caribbee say you are therefore making a 'booking' for a flight. You however will receive no confirmed cost of the airline ticket price over the phone when you make your enquiry - and you won't receive any confirmation in writing after you've made your enquiry (or "booking" in their language). The agent will also not ask you for your payment detailrs or have any discussion with you about payment on the call (your "booking") and you also won't be told that the onus is on you to know that you've made a 'booking'. 

I've never heard anything so ridiculous in my life, having booked with many reputable agents over many years. This fiasco has never ever happened to me before, yet it was implied that I am of limited intelligence and should have known that I had made a 'booking' because I had given names of my party when I was asked to provide the names. Please do yourself a favour. Avoid. Avoid. AVOID.

Since 2014 I've been booking my flights with this agency and I have not yet once regretted doing so. I usually book with Edith who I may add is a joy and a great individual... if Edith is not available i usually book with shamena or Nadine who are also wonderful and polite to deal with. The prices are great the customer service is great and I look forward to booking more flights with this agency in the future.

I've used this agency a few times Nadine hands down is the best she is so helpful and honest, also Robert hes very good and honest. if your looking for a good inexpensive holiday they will help you out for sure. There both very professional polite and genuine people. Also Edith is a sweetheart very friendly and happy to help. She saved a ticket for me.
