My girlfriend and I had an idea of a slightly more adventurous and further afield destination. This branch could not be more knowledgeable, more helpful and so understanding trying to achieve what we wanted. its a busy shop so sometimes appointments are recommended but we just waited to be seen and after about 45 mins we were. after about an hour we had put together a package for Dubai and Bali in Easter. cost was good, options of flights, connecting flights and hotel variety was all very good and gave us several options to doctor the trip to what we wanted. overall, if its not just your bog standard two weeks on a beach holiday your looking for then come see these people, they know there atlas!!! I found all members of staff very very pleasant and the manager when having further quires was very accommodating. overall, very very happy and WILL be using them again.

I like the company and what they offer, but experience at STA Islington was shocking. I was dealing with “Stephen” who gave me wrong prices, took weeks to call me back and overall left a horrible taste in my mouth. Won’t be coming back to STA, Trailfinders offered much better service.

longtime flyer with STA, not happy right now waited 2 days for someone to ring me to change booking. Rang someone in Brighton, they said, "someone locked the system" so I said, "so what you won't help and they won't?" Great, not good situation. One star STA!!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I wanted some quotes and called up to get some, but they couldn't even give out details of the flight times etc without me asking for more information. The person I spoke to couldn't take any criticisms and in the end hung up on me. Don't bother asking them.

Worst customer experience I've ever experienced. Spent £900 on a flight ticket and £50 for a flexipass. I called up to change my flight (which my flexipass allows) - the woman spends 10 mins speaking to me. She then places me on hold and instead of returning to the call, another woman in the store speaks to me and asks me to repeat everything again. Acting like a bunch of schoolgirls rather than professionals. Sad because I've been a longtime STA customer.
