I had not gotten my visa when I wrote this review. So the outcome of my interview does not influence my response. The staff are very friendly and professional. They made the process very smooth and quite timely. I was in and out in about an hour. As you see from the pictures, there is a printing and photocopy service just outside the VFS office. There is also an easy to use self-service business centre inside. You're advised to not come earlier than your appointment time, as you don't get to go in earlier than your appointment time. There's no sitting space in the waiting area outside the VFS office.

I came 1 hour early for my appointment. It doesn't seem to make a difference what time you come as long as you are there before your appointment.  They were calling people out of the queue that had their appointment at a specific time.nnDon't come without making an appointment!nMake sure ALL your documents are still within the expiry date otherwise you'll be wasting your time and turned away.nnOnce inside the building, I found it efficient and clean.nI was notified that it would take me 2 months to get my visa.

I had a very good experience at the VFS global office.nIt was for Ireland visa, so no appointment required. I reached by 8.30am for walk in appointment. There wasn’t much queue hardly 10 people before me. Process was smooth and staff was kind as well.nThe best part was there is a person who has set up a mobile printing/scanning/photocopy station outside the embassy at reasonable rates. That was very helpful as I had forgotten a print.

Had a very smooth experience. You would have to queue outside but managed by staff manning outside. They made sure that all people waiting outside are prioritised according to the time slots they have booked in. Once inside it was a breeze not much of a wait and the staff taking in our documents was very professional and had a helping attitude.nnMake sure you have all the documents requested and keep them in order as per the checklist. You would save time definitely if you follow the guidelines and follow instructions to the T.

They only get a 3 because the ladies who saw to us were really nice, very accommodating and patient with my little one when doing her biometrics.nStaff downstairs who let you in are rude and unhelpful.nStaff at entrance counter, very robotic.nFacilities are really not great, almost all the chairs we sat on had tears with the filling exposed.
