Been trying to contact them since 11am and it is now 4pm. Website indicates they are open from 10am to 4pm saturdays. When i did get through to them i was told I will receive a call back within 5 minutes but no call returned. When I do try call myself, no answer - typical. They are connected with zip to trip as mentioned by them. Everything seems dodgy and uncertain. they cannot provide me with any info. I've been booked with emirates via zip to trip. I called Emirates who confirmed zip to trip haven't made the payment to them. I booked this a month ago so payment should well and truly have been made by now. I was also told to call back at 5pm when zip to trip 'opens' although website states otherwise. Absolute joke.

Bunch of idiots ! The ticket cost is way too expensive. They Spelt my child's name wrong even though he had the passport in front of him. When I came back and asked them to fix it and issue a new ticket. The idiots didn't do it they just said we'll message the Biman team and they would have the correct name. I had to go to the Biman office the following weekend and get the ticket re-issued myself. Very bad service! never use these idiots!

I bought a flight ticket in Sept 2017 from the UK to India. When I went to the airport for my flight, I was told by the airlines that airexpress.co.uk went bust! I had to pay extra money to get on the flight.

Great service from the guys that work here. Said was great in providing me with an awesome deal. Definantly will recommend to others.

Very good in the beginning. However, had to cancel my flight as the airline changed the times. Air Express could not book me onto the flight that I requested so I did it myself. Been waiting 3 weeks for a refund. Unacceptable.
