Very poor ..The care given is well below average ..Lazy management who tell lies and dont bother to check on staff ..My father who resides with care uk is suffering due to this many other residents who have informed me of the poor quality of care are also appalled st the way in which the place is run .. Something needs to be done about it and quickly as our loved ones with mental illnesses are suffering needlessly also affecting the families of the residents..Unbelieveably poor ..
Many reasons and all are due to the lack of attention given to their residents
