It's a joke.  You try not to bother them until you think it is really necessary and then when you are feeling really ill you can't get an appointment.  There are no on  the day appointments and very few bookable appointments.  People just do not have the time or energy to start phoning at 8.30 am for however long just to be told there are no bookable appointments left, your only option being if there is a cancellation.  It 's not good enough.

Apart from that all the staff are extremely helpful and polite but their hands are tied.

can never get an appt. "nothing for 2 weeks" is the standard reply.....& when you ask for an advance booking you're told we don't do them, so how can there be no appts for 2 weeks......?........

Even tho the doctors and all the staff are brilliant... it's so hard to get to see a doctor.. I don't get a chance to ring at 8am to get an appointment the same day due to being at work and my employer isn't gonna pay me to sit on the phone for 30mins until the mad rush  cos to an end and i aint gonna take days off work either to sit by the phone.. leading me phoning around lunch time and by that time all appointments have gone...

The staff are always polite and helpful. I get appointments quickly and I feel that the level of care I have received is always excellent. They explain procedures in a clear and concise way. When I need letters they have them done within 48h. 
I have seen the team deal with difficult people in a polite and professional manner. If you are kind to the staff they are so wonderful to you. Please and Thank you go a long way.
