There was great cafe adjacent to the car park, where we indulged in a tea and hot chocolate at super prices, way less than your typical high street chain.

£4 is far too steep when you just want a short walk to the top of the hill. They should offer a 2hr parking along with the all day option. 
lots of spaces and public loos close by too.

Great location to park for a walk to the top of the Malvern Hills and cost £4 for a whole day to park. 
There is also a small café across the street offering refreshments and food at a decent price, with the public loo right behind the café.
