Brilliant location, easy to drive to and around. Well lit with clean stairways. Plenty of parking available. Parked here overnight for a gig, stayed at the Ibis budget hotel and it only cost £8. For 24 hours with the hotel discount voucher. Will definitely park here again.
We always park here when we are in Leeds because it is very convenient, and near enough to all the places we want to go in the busy city. The only thing negative about this parking is the spaces. they are all very narrow, and in some places where there are protruding columns, no mid-size car can squeeze in the space. Otherwise, the payment system and location are both perfect!
Great location for city centre shopping. Plenty of spaces on a Friday. Lift and stairs available. £10 to park for 8 hours. Ticket payment machine at the bottom of the stairs. Helpful staff
Quite expensive for a few hours parking but Great location for parking close to Leeds Conservatoire. Only down side is it closes at 11pm so my night out had to be cut short. It was well lit and felt secure
Have the QR code from the NCP Parkpass app ready when you enter to get a cheaper rate. I found the code reading very slow on my phone. Spaces are narrow but otherwise a nice convenient place to park if you're coming from the M1.
They've done somethings to drive out the less desirables, but the lifts often smell.of pot, and more recently, solvent. Big problems when the gates don't work as not always someone on site. Need to be able to open gates and take the hit if things break as intercom customer service is mostly useless. Would also be better if after 4pm, one of the entrances could be used as an exit to help get traffic out quicker. Be wary of the park from 90p/hour advertising, if you're parking for a few hours it's very expensive.. App daily price now up to £11/day, am taking my business elsewhere when I can.
What a horrible experience for this car park, the design of the traffic light at the exit is really bad, only one car can get through each time, wasting the time and money for waiting to exit, waited at least an hour on the level three to the ground, only the fool will come again to park here
Good car park, but expensive. It’s clean, lots of spaces, stairwells are clean too. Easy access from all the streets. Well located if you don’t mind paying for the privilege of being able to walk easily to the shops. It’s easy to get to and from by car too. But it certainly is expensive. If you know you won’t be long it may be ok, but it’s £6 for first hour and £3/hour after. The nearby John Lewis car park is cheaper and just as convenient.
The app wasn’t working so I paid over £11 when I should have paid about £4. Last time this happens at an NCP car park the guy in the office sorted out the price and I only paid the app price. At this place there’s no one to be found, I waited at the ticket office but no one turned up.
A good decent car park that’s close to the city centre.
