About

Street food, Sunday roast, pop-ups and food slams; late bar, live music, nightlife; art installations, exhibitions and performances; theatre, comedy and music; arts festivals, event space and galleries, photographic studios.

Story

Located in a vast complex of time-worn industrial buildings, in the heart of Liverpool's Baltic Triangle, Camp and Furnace is part event space, eatery, bar, music venue, indoor festival park and photographic studios.

Since opening its doors in 2012, Camp and Furnace has quickly gained a reputation as one of the country's most exciting places to eat and drink, being voted 2nd in The Times’ ‘Top 20 coolest restaurants in Britain’ 2013, and acclaimed by food critics and celebrity chefs alike.

Camp and Furnace hosts regular weekly events including the 'Food Slam', a Friday night blend of street food and DJs, whilst Saturdays follows a slicker, more sophisticated feel. Promising beats / breaks / cocktails and steaks, 'Meatmarket' is a disco / dining carve-up, with a single proposition - steak and Lobster, while Sundays sees 'Roast' - a communal dining event which takes the traditional Sunday lunch and turns it into a large-scale sharing event for families and friends to enjoy together.

Corporate clients include Adidas, Google, Red Bull and BBC Worldwide who have used the venue's characterful spaces for conferences, product launches and receptions. Rooms are available on dry hire terms or with the support of in-house event management and production teams.

Proper good venue. It's a decent size and has an industrial feel about it. Brilliant for live performances. We saw Metallica Reloaded here and they were tremendous! I've knocked one star off for the price of the drinks! Daylight robbery! Two G&Ts and a can of Guinness zero was £25!! Apart from the ripoff drinks, staff are friendly and as a live music venue, it can't be faulted! Recommended. Not highly recommended I'm afraid.
Really good venue had an absolute ball when I went. Seen Seagirls here and the acoustic quality was next level. Brilliant place and the bar has lots to offer too.
We went here to see The Warning in mid-July. We got to the venue about 10 mins after the doors initially opened and only had to queue for about 5/10 mins. Once in there, it was easy to navigate around and the toilets were easy to locate. The bar was very expensive - £19.00 for two double vodka cokes.
Great atmosphere, friendly workers, and clean toilets. Tables and benches on the sides for those who'd like to sit down instead of stand especially useful before the start of the show.
It's a great venue. We always have a great time watching gigs. It's got a 4 star instead of 5 for the one fact, the beer is terrible. Apart from that it's great
Went yesterday for the ‘All day 70’s party’.It was brilliant The music and atmosphere made my day as I haven’t had such a good time for ages! I will be definitely going back for the next one
This is an ex warehouse where they have live entertainment. It has kept the warehouse feel but is good for a night out. Ticket prices vary depending on if you book or pay on the door. Drinks were a bit pricey but it's one of those places where there isn't any choice. They do food but I didn't try on this occasion. There isn't much seating and what there is , is picnic bench style, so if you do want to sit down I'd advise getting there early.
Fantastic venue, great sound and view from anywhere in the venue. Everything you could want inside from the bar with food fast efficient service. Looking forward to going back to see the next band there. Well, we saw Martin Kemp DJing here over Christmas and had a fantastic time. One thing to note, the only thing I wasn't pleased about, £18 for a double rum and coke. Really not happy at that.
Went to the Quizney event and loved it! We wore our mouse ears, had yummy food, and danced to the music. The quiz is actually accessed through a QR code on your mobile so be prepared with full battery.
Eagles and Steely Dan night by the Classic Duo Band. It was a great night, and the groups were superb! as always lovely atmosphere, and our group multiplied with us joining others in the courtyard! What an evening, ending with a little street magician show courtesy of our new friend Dan!
