Aloha

This is not a review of the aloha bar but a place called the royal institution which was next door but did not populate properly on here. This was a magical find amidst the hustle of Saturday night life in the city. Although expensive it was a pleasure to relax in this wonderful place watching the barman making my drink like an artist. Best toilets in the city too being spotless and embroidered flannel to dry your hands. Definitely would go again.

Music is a great getaway, along with the tropical 'scene' they create. Cocktails are of a good range and good price. Bartenders will match you with a drink to your taste and are friendly too. Only one bug was that depending on the night it can be a little empty.

We went here on a Tuesday, there weren't many people but the staff were lovely and very friendly. Great cocktails and good music. Ping pong was awesome!

Service was slow, but that's to be expected on a Saturday night! It was also a bit more expensive than I thought it would be, but again, it was a Saturday night. Definitely worth a visit, as the music was great and it was busy enough to make it fun!

I just love it. Music is GREAT, staff nice and friendly. It gets busy on the weekend. Cocktails are really nice, interesting decor.

This place has a weird smell and very sweet cocktails. However it gets an extra star for the conch shaped receptacle in which our drink was served

One of my favourite bars in town. The music is always spot on . Amazing cocktails and reasonable prices.

Great place for dates. A bit awkward walking in for the first time because it's downstairs and very quiet. But once you're sat down it's fine
