A couple days ago, I phoned 111 regarding two prescriptions i’m taking. i wanted to know if i could take them both together or if they would clash and cause side affects/be dangerous to take together. She let me know she had contacted this pharmacy, gave me their number, and so i called for a response.  the only reason this review has two stars instead of one, is because i did get through to them on the first go. however it wasn’t a very pleasant phone call. i directly explained to the person i spoke to my enquiry, and he continued to speak over me, disregarding my question and was giving me answers to completely different questions. it didn’t matter how many times i explained, it was as though he was ignoring my initial question on purpose. he sounded completely irritated the second he got on the phone, as if he really did not want to be there talking to me. after a long phone call i finally got the response i needed to a simple question, and i presumed that this was done.  fast forward a couple days, i receive a phone call from the same guy at this pharmacy very late at night, who is positive he doesn’t recognise me and hasn’t spoken to me. i explained the situation entirely again. he continued to say he didn’t recognise me and we hadn’t spoken, and was drilling me about why i called 111. i explained again, to which he replied “okay so do you want me to contact your doctor or are you going to do it”. i don’t need to speak to my doctor!! i’ve already received my information, why am i being called? it takes a while for him to finally realise he HAS spoken to me, he says nevermind, and ends the call abruptly.  i’m extremely dissatisfied, i believe people should feel comfortable and safe when contacting professionals regarding their health and well-being, however, i myself struggle with severe social anxiety, and getting a phone call from a number i dont  recognise at night did freak me out. just call me during the day! or cross check my phone call to 111 with phone calls you have received to your pharmacy. just don’t ring people in the middle of the night, especially when you can see on my record that i’m taking prescribed sleeping pills!

Redicules attitude and manner from the person behind the till. I asked for one ibuprofen and he was checking and reading all the ibuprofen boxes. I became curious about is it any difference between them so then I can choose? I politely asked him may I ask what are you checking on the boxes? He told me not your business !! Selling medication is definitely a sensitive job which requires patience to answer the customer to direct them to the right point. If someone buys a wrong stuff it can cost even lifes. I will make sure that I will chase this up formally with NHS to see if they have any control on this or not. Also I will contact the owner to report this.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. shady employees. Rude behavior. thank God I didnt buy anything there since I highly doubt those products are original.

Slow, disorganised and unprofessional. Kept people waiting for a long time to get their prescriptions without explaining why - we were there for close to half an hour even though there was hardly no queue when we came in. Several customers were eventually stood around shaking their heads and sighing due to the long wait where nothing seemed to be happening and the guys behind the counter were just chilling.  Would have expected more from a pharmacy.

I didn't find the price on the article I was looking for I am not sure any item at all had it and the seller seemed to say it randomly, didn't gave me a note and neither the correct change. I don't know how a store like that is still let open. And it's just in the city center. What a shame for Manchester

A strange place, made me feel uncomfortable. Inapproriate comments, and afterwards I realised they'd dispensed the wrong medicine. With something much stronger. Honestly, I think this place should be actually investigated; I'm not joking.

Really helpful and friendly.  I needed an urgent prescription dispensed in about 10 mins on my way from Doncaster to Manchester airport as my local pharmacy did not have the medication I needed, thank you so much

Expensive and unprofessional. You can't find prices, they are randomly said. You won't have a receipt, so you can't ask your money back or product change when they sell something defective. Who are they paying to continue working like that?!

How such store is still working? Overpriced, unprofessional, irresponsible, at times illegal. It seems to me they ask friends to give it good rates here.

Friendly guy helped me out, good to have somewhere that opens later. Feel bad as they do deal with some idiots in there
