Had my ears pierced by a lovely lady , forgot to catch her name . She was so friendly , reassuring and really put me at ease . She explained the process very well and ensured I had sufficient information for aftercare . She definitely had my best interests at heart and took her time to talk through the different options for earrings and what would be best for my sensitive ears . Environment was very clean and welcoming and all health and safety and hygiene procedures were followed . Can't recommend her and the service enough , May Allah bless you in this world and the next
