I find this pharmacy terrible to deal with and would avoid any interaction with them....

Pharmacy rarely has full stock of things, often they're more interested in their personal mobiles than the customers

They are a small pharmacy but their service is first rate. They order the medication on time, phone you in advance to check if you need anything removed from the list on that month and they deliver the medication to your door. I couldn't ask for a better service. Thank you very much...

I am an asthmatic patient and on Ventolin (salbutamol) inhaler for a long time now. I am from Preston and not from Manchester and was travelling back from London to Preston with my uncle on Monday 28/05/2014 when i had an asthma attack near this pharmacy and i found my inhaler was almost empty . Went to this pharmacy to get an emergency supply. I was served by an Arab guy first and when asked for the emergency supply of inhaler i was told that they can not give it to me without the prescription and when asked to speak to the pharmacist as i had an emergency supply few times from other pharmacies without any problem. I was sweating by that time, i showed the pharmacist (a Chinese guy in his 20's) my empty inhaler and explained to him that its empty now and i have already ordered the repeat prescription from my doctors which will be ready the following day but need the inhaler. I was shaking and sweating, never thought it will be that much problem but i was at the wrong pharmacy in the hands of incompetent staff and pharmacist. After begging him for about 10 minutes he agreed to give me the inhaler. Gave him my driving license and the money and all other details he asked for but still no inhaler, when asked again he told me to wait for about 15 minutes till he prints the label or go to a WALK IN CENTER which i could have but didn't know the whereabouts. I asked him to give me the inhaler so i can use it and he can take his time to print the label afterwards but a BIG NO.
This is the worst ever experience i have ever had. I am also in process to complaint about the pharmacist and the pharmacy to General Pharmaceutical Council. It took me about 30 minutes to get the emergency supply for a inhaler and i could have dies that day.
