Visited this chemist last week to pick up my sons script as my doctors is only around the corner....the ladies behind the counter where very friendly, approchable & professional!! even took the time to speak to my son and ask how he was which they didn't have too. Gave me exact directions on the dosage as it was strong antibiotics. Very happy with there service :)

Always a great service when I use this chemist. The pharmacist is brilliant, the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and have a lot of patience for you even though you can see how busy they are. Highly recommend to anyone.

Rude , careless and blasé  attitude when dealing with urgent prescriptions .
Where to begin with this cowboy outfit.
Long - short ... called them thurs before bank holiday fri to double check I would get my prescription as would run out bank hol monday . Called them.... said they would contact Gp ...great!
Arrived tues  to collect ... wasn't there with many reasons non of them initially their fault but to name a few

 My GP surgery gave them wrong fax number
There are two GP surgeries which confused them even tho the correct number was on the script

Initially they made  me feel it was my fault and even thought it was a big joke at the end... 

If your looking for a professional, timely, repeat prescription service without sarcasm then don't go to this place  . Go to Boots Parmacy which I will be reverting back to.

I went to pick up a prescription here at 9am and a member of staff was running late, so the staff member who was waiting (having a smoke outside) refused to open with the excuse "This is Salford, there's no way I'm opening so that druggies can rob us". That's fine and I understand the worry, but me then waiting 20 minutes outside and finally being let in only to watch the two members of staff bicker with each other whilst waiting for my prescription was beyond a joke.

I was late for work thanks to the incompetence displayed here and neither of the ladies working here were apologetic about the wait both showing the professionalism of five year olds.
