I've used the pharmacy so many times and, on every occasion, the staff have been amazing. Very helpful, knowledgeable, kind and considerate.

Never have I met an amazing set of staff. It's like they got all the great people together from the business and put them in one store.

Was kept waiting for ages, the better half used click and collect on some makeup and I went 45mins before closing, technically should of been a stright forward in and out operation. I was made to for ages while the lady who served me seem to slowly count some random items of make up and leisurely type stuff into the computer, I appreciate there's to her job than to serve me, but there was no other customers in surly not everyone was busy. It became a strange type of stand off, like a test of my patiences that went on for ages while I stood there looking into space. After what must of been 10mins I decided to go and stand near some manly looking merchandise, prettending I wasn't bothered about the time it was taking, a kind of reverse psychology act. Eventually, and I do mean eventually she came over and said....can I help, even though I had clearly stated my purpose on first contact. The rest of the process took seconds, I left about 10mins before closing....35-40 mins on click and collect...useless!
