There's so much fun to be had at this Holiday Park near Great Yarmouth! Kids will love the outdoor pool with its twisting flume or if they prefer to stay dry they can burn their energy on the adventure playground. There's a stunning sandy beach just 5 mins away, plus the endless fairground rides and candyfloss-fun of Great Yarmouth.

Facilities include a heated indoor & outdoor pool complex with twisting flume and Water Resorts Programme, all-weather sports court with Sports Resorts Programme, adventure playground, crazy golf, amusements, pool table, darts & bingo, Little Sparks Under 5's Club, Hoppers 5-7's Club, Jumpers 8-11's Club, Xcite 4 Teenz for 12-17's. There's also The Waterside Bar & Restaurant, Fast Food Takeaway, Fish & Chip Shop, ParkMart Store with Newsagents & Gift Shop, Hire Goods available, launderette.

I’ve just got home from a Fri-Mon stay, already got holiday blues. Firstly caravan was spotless, spacious enough for two and very well equipped. Secondly the park itself was also very spotless and couldn’t be faulted in the slightest. Staff were so pleasant always with a smile or a welcome/hello on hand for us as soon as we were near. Restaurant boathouse had excellent and speedy service with incredible food for an excellent price. Speedy service was also at hand in the evening bar with good quality entertainment. Will hopefully be back early next year if I have my way. Can’t fault my stay in any which way.
Can’t really fault this place, great caravan and staff really friendly, the young man who was doing the crazy golf was polite and hard working tidying the grass edges and repainting them, good on him! We had breakfast in the clubhouse and it was great and really fast to arrive. Perfect beach just down the road. The Chinese take away across the road to the site was an absolute rip off and half size portions but that’s not the park’s fault it’s just unfortunate it’s opposite. Really great time had by me and my family and we think we will be back next year.
We love this place! Our second visit 05/09 and although it was quiet we couldn't fault any staff member we interacted with. Very polite, helpful and friendly. Very clean park and we had a small issue with no electric in our van, it was fixed instantly without fuss or problem. Entertainment staff were amazing and really made our little boy feel speical and included! We will be returning again next year
Just returned from a fun packed holiday. Caravan was spotless, lovely and warm and had everything we needed. Food was really good and all the staff friendly. Big shout out to Luke who always had a smile for me and to Jakob behind the bar. Can't wait to go again.
This was my very first caravan that I have rented out. I am beyond happy by what I received. The caravan and the rooms just shown with bright white lights, clean carpet and very styled interior. Furthermore, is a beach witch is a 4 min walk, clear as day! You can see the combinations of green and blue in the water. This place is beyond stunning and is a must go for summer!
the caravan itself was very clean all to good standards, the park itself was in a good area walking distance to a lovely beach. However the restaurant inside the site the boat house was dirty, the tables and floor was not clean even one table had nail clippings on them. service was very slow had to wait an hour for 2 breakfast and the staff were not at all helpful. The activity on the sites where ok however the pool was filthy and it was clear the filter of the pool wasn’t working very well or even at all. on our visit to the pool a member of our party sliced his toe on something inside the pool, the first aid was appalling seemed like no one knew what to do. The pool was also not cleaned after this and when we informed the main reception they didn’t have much to say and wasn’t helpful. If you looking for somewhere to stay with a good location then this is perfect but for the facilities and activities i wouldn’t not recommend.
Took the grand children for a week, it's a really lovely place to take children. The majority of the staff were amazing! I especially want to big up Andrew Grumpy Grandad behind reception who went way above and beyond to help us out, THANK YOU!!! Children's entertainment staff were wonderful, the kids loved Starland Crazy! Only reason we wouldn't give 5 stars is because some of the younger staff behind the bar were very dismissive and not very friendly and the lifeguards seemed more interested in chatting than doing their jobs keeping an eye on the people in the pool to keep them safe. Overall though a great place to stay with brilliant bus links to Great Yarmouth, beach very close by and great swimming pools.
Absolutely love this place. Just came back, from a week there, staff are great no miserable ones too! always helpful and friendly and professional. Very well maintained site clean and lots to do on site. Children's entertainment was fab. Good reasonable prices for a holiday park I didn't feel I got ripped off unlike some holiday parks. About a 5 minute walk to the beach which is beautiful. Not to far from Yarmouth, Hemsby, Caister and many other places to explore. We was team Sparkle Playground: Great play ground. Dog-friendliness: It is dog friendly
Staff so friendly and helpful. There's not a lot to do on site so we got the bus to Yarmouth and Hemsby which is very easy to do with a bus stop over the road. The caravan wasn't as clean as I was hoping for with dirty marks on the cupboard doors, hairs on the sink, carpet hadn't been hoovered very well and dust everywhere but I had read this on the reviews so gave it a clean myself, the decor was beautiful and modern inside the caravan. Beach is only a few minutes walk. Food and drink on site was a little expensive. There is a really nice doughnut/dessert/burger place over the road. Entertainment was good.
Stayed here for a midweek break earlier in November, the staff were lovely especially Kirsty who was most helpful. The caravan was immaculate and dog friendly. The grounds staff were great always making a fuss of our staffie Ronald. The stay would only have been made better with an area of the clubhouse being dog friendly. We'll be back next year.
