Absolutely amazing holiday park! Lovely caravans, well laid out and not made to feel like your packed in like sardines! Excellent on site facilities with 2 arcades, 2 soft play areas, 2 bars with one having a restaurant and the other has a chip shop. Health spa, gym and pool sadly, the pool does need updating I feel! And walking distance to the beach, walking through everything that Hemsby beach has to offer! If you're thinking of booking then do so, it's awesome. All staff are pleasant, friendly and helpful. This park deserves awards! We took the open top bus from Hemsby Beach bus stop at the entrance to the park to Great Yarmouth. Just so convenient.
First time coming to Norfolk and this park was really great. We had a platinum lodge which was like new. The beds and sofas are a little uncomfortable but manageable. Staff were brilliant and the entertainment was great with arcades just down the front by the beach. This is also a great location to base yourself to explore Norfolk.
Absolutely amazing place to stay with family, highly recommend!! I came here with my family who has a 6 year old and everything for her was perfect. The staff are amazing and the entertainment with Jack and Matilda was spot on. Big shout out to them, you guys are amazing! Thankyou for such an amazing holiday experience
Visited twice this year as we loved it so much.Something for everyone and dog friendly too. Nothing was too much for any of the staff , smiling faces at reception, friendly bar team and very busy park keepers , ensuring everything spotless. Hemsby itself has the most amazing Beech. See you all again in 2023.
The first accommodation was lacking, the toilet door was 18inches wide. Sadly I'm 6ft 7 tall and not skinny, but fair play to the site manager he swapped me to a far better accommodation with a wet room. On my arrival at the site after around 5-6 hours of driving the reception was very officious saying that I would have to wait until 4pm , although it says so on the website you would have thought taking inconsideration the distances being travelled they would have be more accommodating
Caravans are nicely spaced so you do not feel on top of each other. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The entertainment is brilliant and different every night. Hemsby beach is clean and feels as if it goes on for ever.
Booked three units for a long weekend. Absolutely perfect. Staff excellent. Booking process tailor made. Facilities excellent and 3 mins from the beach Wonderful first time experience on a holiday park for my family and they all can't Wait to repeat it
Difficult to rate as the entertainment and bars/food/service/ play areas were great A* cannot fault at all. We went to check in at 4pm but was told our chalets weren't ready as they hadn't been cleaned, and to wait about half an hour. So we had a drink and the grandchildren played on the park. We stayed in a basic Daytona chalet. We get that basic accomodation is no frills, but it does need to be clean! Fridge not clean at all milk had leaked into the tray and fridge base. It was solid and no room to store inside door as there were no bars to stop anything falling out, plus an odd odour coming from the back. Sinks shower room and kitchen there were crumbs over the top of the toaster and didn't look as if it had been cleaned either.The whole chalet had an odour about it. Beds were clean and had been changed. But the mattresses were hard - although we didn't have a problem sleeping on them. No shelf or mirror in the bathroom and the mirror in the twin room had 'clean me' written in it . These chalets need either knocking down/ doing up or having a deep clean. Having said that, we made do and enjoyed our holiday.
First time we have been to this holiday park, the little one loved the entertainment and the staff where very helpful amd friendly. We had an issue with the shower in the caravan and that was fixed within the hour. Can not fault anything. Will visit again soon. Playground: Plenty of play areas both inside and out for all ages.
My husband and I went to have a break in a chalet, while the children were on holiday we knew it would be quiet. There was a club house, restaurant, shop and lots of amusement arcades, funfair etc ideal for young families and children. I dont know what the prices were like as we never used those facilities. The beach was a short walk away. Playground: Lots for children to do. Beach was a short walk away Dog-friendliness: Dogs welcome, on leads and under control. The usual clean up after them
