Brilliant place! Busy but we got served in plenty of time, amazingly made cocktails & the portions are plentiful! We were made to feel special with some nice touches and a little brownie for a birthday booking. Thank you for making our stay locally feel fabulous for a special meal!Food: 5/5
Booked a table online for 8pm, was very easy to do. We got to the venue slightly early but were welcomed in and sat down. Staff were quick and attentive, but it was a Thursday and not many tables in at the time we had booked. Food arrived promptly and was delicious. It was very tasty and filling, and I had to take a doggy bag home.Food: 5/5
Great place : The person serving us was friendly and knowledgeable, very engaging and happy. Even placing an order was fun The food was great, fresh and full of flavour. Calico Jack. Pre-booked for 5pm. Seating indoors and outdoors with a pirate and pirate themed decoration throughout. The menu had a good selection that satisfied all six of us dining, Including gluten-free for me. Cocktails for adults and no need to feel left out with mocktails for non alcohol. Soft drinks and hot drinks as well as the usual bar drinks assortment. The toilets "ladies" were clean and decorated in the same theme as the rest of the bar/restaurant. Loved the hooks enabling you to hang your bag/coat while washing your hands rather than being on the floor or a wet sink. In summary: The food was great, well presented, and delicious. Atmosphere great, themed, and relaxed. Staff friendly, helpful, efficient. ***** Loved it Dietary restrictions: Gluten free Kid-friendliness: My 13-year-old granddaughter loved the burgers and the mocktails.

Had a superb steak here. Staff and chef were also very helpful regarding my daughter's gluten-free requirements. Glasses never went empty for long before staff were back to take care of things! We called in with no reservation. We were greeted warmly and shown to a large booth. I ate a burger and my partner chose a pizza. Both were enjoyed and we cleaned our plates. The pirate theme looks great. Parking is available across the road in a large carpark that's free after 6.Food: 4/5
Booked a table for 6pm on a Sunday looking for a value meal out after a Sunday Drive. Easy booking online. Plenty of people in already by 6pm usually a good sign!. Staff were very friendly. Food was really well prepared and tasty, and great value for money. Will be going again…
I've never been here before, and the food was For a starter, I ordered tacos for 2. It's very tasty. For the main, i ordered the steak fajitas and was asked how I liked my steak cooking - rare, please. When it arrived, it was not rare. The presentation was really good. Unfortunately, the 3 tiny wraps were far too small for the size of the meal, a real letdown. I ordered an extra 4 but still had loads left. My partner ordered the BBQ Pull Pork. The serving is great, but enough wraps. It was a bit disappointing that there was no real ale today, but there were 4 lagers, an ipa, and 1 cider on tap. The decor based on a pirate ship was nice and nice choice of music. Parking is available outside in the pay and display across the road.
Amazing food with excellent value. Lovely choices as well. And the service was first class too. Great value for money as well. The cheesy chips will feed 4 people!Food: 5/5
