Story

Alexander's is a new European inspired bar and kitchen, set in a beautiful period building at the top of Skipton High Street.

Our exciting new venue has something for everyone; a tiled gelato parlour, sumptuous bar and stylish theatre kitchen.

We've got live entertainment and, the pièce de résistance, our fabulous terrace and garden set beside the Leeds Liverpool canal.

First class venue right in the centre of Skipton ( gateway to the Dales ). First class food in a class venue. Superb outside beer garden overlooking the Leeds to Liverpool canal. Great selection of beers, wines and spirits. Function room for private parties. Well worth a visit.

A beautiful dinning experience, with its art deco/Edwardian style and unique menu. It has a very relaxing atmosphere and very attentive staff, who are pleasant and very welcoming. To take best advantage of this well accomplished venue, a summer visit would be ideal, to take full advantage of its alfresco dinning. I will visit again, soon hopefully

Great atmosphere, family-friendly, reasonably price, good tasting food BUT service needs more fine tuning and staff need more training. Our desserts came so late we already asked for the bill and were ready to leave.

Delicious food, nice atmosphere and when warm enough, there is outside seating overlooking the canal.  Nice ladies loos too.
