Going to Cafe One 20 regularly for about a year now I was very happy until recently when the owners and staff changed. I have been there twice in a week and twice I heard "Oh sorry, we don't have this today, we don't have that". First they didn't have bagels, then no vanilla milkshakes, and today they didn't have vanilla milkshakes again and couldn't make any English breakfast. Added to that, my sausage and maple syrup bagel (they had bagels this time, fair enough!) was dry like if it was old with two miserable small and dry sausages and not even one tbsp of maple syrup... Where I used to have maple syrup all over my fingers by the past you can imagine my deception. Also, the service is quite slow, I know the place is kinda busy during the weekend but my boyfriend had time to finish his sandwich before I got my plate served. Don't know if it's because the new team just started and need time to adjust or what but not sure we'll go again. Sad.
