Good food, steak was well prepared, and the sides were nice. Good cheesecake too. Friendly service. The place looks tiny from the outside, but it's actually huge, and was fully packed in the evening, so do book a day or two ahead of time. Coffee could be much better, though.
This is the second time I have eaten here and the food and service is still as excellent as the first time, if I didn't live so far away Eriskay the Outer Hebrides I would be eating here all of the time.

Very nice modern Scottish dinner. Excellent meat. Nice presentations, fine dining but affordable. Close to the city centre, just behind the castle. Very efficient and friendly staff.
