I would definitely recommend Cafe Bengal, very delicious delicately spiced Indian cuisine, not that pungent ‘samey’ stuff that I’ve had in most Indian restaurants that I’ve been to. We went on a Sunday evening and it was empty, but I wouldn’t let that put you off. Stick around and you’ll be in for a real treat. We are 100% going to visit more often and I can’t wait to work my way through some of their specials. Compliments to the chef!!

Great food from the Indian subcontinent recently redecorated and new shop front. Special nights. Takeaway and delivery obtainable. Prompt delivery . Licenced for alcohol. Air conditioning. Credit Cards taken. Special offers. 40% discount every Thursday eat in only. 10% discount on collection order over £20. Banquet Night 5 course meals Sundays Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Nice atmosphere.

Surprisingly shocked by this Indian. I have lived in Debden for about a year, and always thought Café Bengal looked “okay”. Tonight we ventured in as they had put up a new sign that better suits the place. The food was perfect, the staff were friendly - honestly couldn’t fault a thing. Great for anyone - families or couples. Certainly recommended by me!
