Great food. As a healthy eater, this tasted great and was all fresh. No guilt having it as a treat. The cake was so tasty. We loved the location and the staff.
Absolutely beautiful cafe, came along here Sunday afternoon for an all day breakfast. The venue is cosy, comfortable and the food is delicious. The all day breakfast is well cooked and the other foods such as the sandwiches looked like full proper sandwiches. Fresh vegetables and friendly service. Definitely a new local for us newly moved in across the street.
Love! Cozy spot with an excellent traditional Scottish breakfast at a great spot. Had the Big Monty and a latte. The service is quick considering it seems to be one man running the show. We had this breakfast before doing a big hike, and it definitely kept us full well into the afternoon. Would recommend!
Stumbled across this place on a Friday evening, which is the one night of the week they serve dinner. Meal was excellent. Service was attentive and pleasant. The food is fresh, innovative and delicious.
Love this local cafe and the veggie breakfast is bang on, including veggie haggis. Fabulous cakes as well.
Friendly, family run local caf with a roomy basement area. Will store your bags for you for a very reasonable fee if you have an early check-out at your accommodation - was really useful during the Fringe. Good coffee and decent prices.

Great food, great atmosphere, great staff! Once we found this place on a recent trip to Edinburgh, we couldn't go anywhere else for breakfast or afternoon coffee! Amazing regular and vegetarian full breakfasts. You MUST stop here if you haven't already been.
