Good food, service was great. Lovely little cafe hidden away down a side street. Used a Groupon voucher, and so glad we came. Tried black pudding for the first time and was not bad! Hoping to visit again when we come back to Edinburgh
Very good food and very friendly owner, great wine, "torta al testo" is a must, you have to try it, good italian liquors, very special place. The Tiramisu pudding is handmade by the owner and is delicious. We had a great time there. I'll definitely go back there again.
Really lovely staff and atmosphere. The sausage, mozzarella and truffle panini was so delicious. I love how they are open so late too.
The food was simple and delicious. A cute little neighborhood cafe with a wicked vibe ;
Loved the atmosphere at the place. Dinner was relaxed and cozy. Had great service, wine, and conversations.
Delicious and authentic Italian food. Fresh and made by the lovely staff who are super friendly. Perfect for a quick bite, breakfast, lunch and on a Friday they do 'aperitivo'! Very good wine and spritz. Good value for money. Totally recommend it!
Great service and the food was excellent. The vibe was very chilled out. Thoroughly enjoyed it
Amazing small Italian cafe with a large menu, serving a great variety of dishes with plenty of vegetarian options. Lots of delicious cakes available with vegan choices. It's the perfect place to sit with a cup of tea or glass of wine and watch the world go by. Very dog friendly and the staff are so nice, friendly and helpful.
We've been many times and we always liked this place because of the nice Italian food and the friendly and attentive staff. Today we've had a very different experience. We have been waiting for almost 50 minutes for 2 piadinas and 1 panini, and the place wasn't even that busy. They were prioritizing take away orders over seated costumers, so basically the waitress started to prepare our food almost 20 minutes after we ordered and still when she started she kept chatting with a costumer so it took another long 20 minutes. At least the food was good.
Lovely local little cafe with a very friendly atmosphere, gluten free ham and cheese panini made with Genius seeded bread was delicious. Was very picky and asked if the hot chocolate I also ordered was gluten free, the server checked and turned out it wasnt which is a bit of a let down considering it's pretty easy to get any other type of cocoa powder which would be, but apart from that it was above average.
