Welcome to Word of Mouth Café. We have been open now since the summer of 2007. In that time we have evolved our own little unique style serving good food at excellent prices. All our staff possess immense enthusiasm for home baking and culinary excellence so you can be assured that what we serve you on the plate has been made with complete dedication.
Our home baking is done on site and made by people who love to eat the cakes as much as you do. We care about cakes!

The staff were very friendly and sociable which is always nice to see. The coffee was great, and so was my almond croissant. I probably wouldn't go here for indoor dining during this pandemic, it seems quite crowded, but the takeaway is fast and friendly!

Great coffee! fine but overpriced breakfast for what it is, id rate it a 5/10 unfortunately. Would return for the great coffee but skip on the food. nice staff and nice atmosphere

Only popped in for a quick coffe and a catch up with a buddy, staff were friendly and accommodating. Coffe was delicious, I like a smoke with my morning coffe so the outside seating was sweet. Good decor and vibes. Do recommend.

Great cafe, been here a couple of times and it has always been delicious. Good coffee and would recommend the Chicken Wrap or the Croque Monsieur. Staff are nice and friendly. Excellent for breakfast or lunch.

Delicious food, lovely coffee and best of all fantastic service. Very friendly staff. Although not a huge amount of space so be prepared not to get a table.

Cosy, great food and caring service what's not to like. Ah and you can see your food being prepared as kitchen is open.
