Great bedding, simplistic and minimalist rooms and friendly staff. Plus 24/7 room service is the best going in Caernarfon. The staff are absolutely amazing, more than happy to help whenever needed. Felt slightly ill and was offered advice on how to feel better almost immediately. Plus the free shuttle service was next to nothing. If I had to get arrested again, I would definitely choose to be arrested in the Western Division.

The female officers who I will find out there names one in particular a blonde wannabe will meet me again, arriving into Holyhead got stopped in a hired car and long story short I don’t drive but took my partner away and blonde wannabe thought she could use fowl language at my 13yr old daughter and they where not there to be travel guides to find our own way to police station which was 40 minutes away …. I honestly hope you see this coz I will be seeing you again I don’t care if YOU THINK YOU ARE ABOVE ME …NO ONE SPEAKS TO MY DAUGHTER AND MAKES HER CRY ONLY ME

I recommend suite 13 great views good tea and coffee facilities on suite toilets lovely big play area if ur bored and the staff at reception as u walk in are so friendly and helpful and also they operate a free shuttle service highly recommend

picked up at home and taken to my own room for 72 hrs  staff could do with white gloves when handing out  ur food and the hot drinks on tap  just press the button on the wall... and watch the set of eyes  in the hatch telling you not to press the bell .....  and got dropped off back home with lots of  paper  work  and  a new bag i didnt have to pay for  winner.........
