Most concerning there is a member of the senior management team who has shared private and confidential information about smt meeting held by Richard dubicki, names and details of grievance cases against staff and how the manager made an interview extremely difficult for an individual who applied for a job with NWP because the manager took a dislike to them !! Data Protection?? Very concerning
Reported crime of theft from Company but obstructed at every stage by a stroppy Acting Sargent at Caernarfon. I am disabled and have a MIND Brain Injury Card and English. This person has tried to intimidate me and has told lies yet no help! He wrote me a second letter stating no crime has taken place because I held a joint account. I wonder if the NW Chief Constable reads this as his next door GMP opposite had to resign for his force not investigating crimes!
Was on a live chat today with North Wales Police. I highlighted a concern about children from different households playing with each other,as children do. They weren't old enough to keep it in their minds about social distancing for very long. They have been out playing most of the day in the street. Looks like nothing was done, my concerns were not passed on even though I gave my address. 6 th May/21. Just seen a policeman come on to our close. 2children in the street 3 and 5. All the doors on the close were closed shut. Blinds closed. Because of the Sun. The Policeman just drove off. Even though there wasn't any adult out on the close. Years ago a policeman would have stopped and taken the children Home for being too young to be out un supervised. Also given the parents a piece of his mind.
After reporting 17 out of 33 incidents I was arrested on suspicion alone by the person who I suspected was causing the problems. The police are still refusing to make the matter seriously and the situation has got so bad I had to complain to the IOPC. 6 Months later and another 6 incidents nothing is being done. This is North Wales Police at its best.
Regarding the recent "Tortured Lamb" incident and many others around Waterloo Port NWP never turn up to calls despite reminders, about who pays their wages. Pritti Patel was right, especially about this lot. Its a shame because the rank and file are mostly good, it's only the upper echelons that seem to be populated by want wits. Their war on motorists is the laughing point of every other Constabulary in the uk. Mention NWP to aBrummy Copper and you get an almost identical response "Their policy towards motorists is a joke, it's because they can't catch REAL criminals". FACT.

They can’t deal with crime, it’s much easier to fine honest hard working men and women in north wales travelling to and from work
It seems that police there is overusing power, they are rude and unprofessional. I was told that they arrested polish father who was asking to stop harassing his wife.
Hopeless, unprofessional, will not take ownership of issues. These lot are a waste of tax money and need a serious kick up the arse!
8 minutes to answer 101 promises of more patrols but nothing.... fed up rubbish service
