Wow what a lovely place to stay! All staff that we met were brilliant and helpful. There are many walking routes in the area, some directly from the campsite. The views are immense from any pitch! The toilets and showers were clean and hot. There are multiple water and waste dump points suitable for all units. Don't expect to get phone signal or satellite TV! (Although the latter could have been our proximity to trees!) For a relaxing stay this is the place to be!

Visited in a motorhome on a BMW motorbike rally in February when it was VERY cold. Some pitches not well defined and difficult to judge where the gravel roads/grass separate go on the grass with a motorhome and your stuck (don't ask how I know). Toilet and shower facilities very clean and well maintained BUT no heating of any kind and it was VERY cold. Thought the fee was much too high for the time of year and facilities available, not likely to return.

We stayed at Cae Du in early July for two weeks, and we had the most wonderful time at this beautiful campsite. Campsite was quiet, staff were really pleasant and very helpful and knowledgeable especially about the best midge deterrent ! Yes it is more expensive than some other campsites, but to wake up to the views in the morning is more than worth it. Showers, toilets and washing up areas were kept spotlessly clean. Having the barrier at the entrance means that you feel your belongings are secure. Fabulous early morning walk down to Beddgelert with the dog every morning, just watch out for the goose down the lane ! We cannot wait to stay at Cae Du again.

This is a super site. The facilities are quality, clean and tidy. The prices are high but the site has strict rules which means I can enjoy a peaceful holiday. Id recomment pitching on higher pitches as lover pitches by the river can get boggy. Its a short river walk into the village and the views are amazing.
