Can't give a proper rating as only stood outside while waiting for our son to come out of an event but they had attentive staff by the doors available to answer any questions about the events. Looks beautiful from what we saw and be happy to go and watch an event there now we are aware of it
Beautiful building. Not easily accessable.....toilets were downstairs, lots of stairs to get to the stalls. The venue insisted the artist had an intermission- which should have been 15-20 minutes.....tried to go to the toilet and buy a bottle of water however the queues were ridiculous. Downstairs bar had only 2 barstaff, upstairs bar had 3 I think. The tannoy said 5 minutes until show resumes so I left the bar queue to take my seat where I sat for another 15-20 minutes. The artist requested no flash photography as he has an epilepsy condition. At least 4 people ignored this request and the staff did nothing at all. Other venues remove the people who blatantly ignore the rules which are there to prevent the artist having a siezure. That said the artist was outstanding as was the sound quality. Nice intimate venue. Just need to sort the bar provisions.
Cadogan Hall is an amazing music venue. We attended a show here tonight because one of my great-grandfathers used to live on the street next to this hall when it was a church. It was wonderful to see. We watched a jazz band perform, and they were fantastic! Being younger, I felt a bit out of place, but I still enjoyed the music, knowing that such experiences might not be around forever. I’ll probably miss it when I can’t hear it anymore. The only downside is that they don’t serve draught beer, which is why I’m giving it one less star.
Quite the different type of venue; reasonably large but feel intimate. More gigs here I like and will come back. A bit of a journey1.5h but simple in execution if public transport behaves
An excellent live music venue, just off Sloane Sq. We've been fortunate enough to have seen several performances there. This time it was Julian Ovenden. As good as you could want. The venue itself is unusual in that you have to go up to get to the stalls & up means a lot of stairs. For those not able to take, I'd guess some 50+ steps there are lifts, but small so allow plenty of time. Likewise getting out can be slow, two stairways or lifts for those in need mean it can be 10/15 minutes before your back out on the street. Back to ground level there is a spacious bar area for pre drinks & clokeroom space. Must say one of my favourite small venues 950 people.
Great venue, really enjoyed the show. Even the furthest seats had a good view, and the staff were lovely. Only downside was we had to queue for a really long time to get drinks before it started, only to find out the bar we were at didn’t serve draught beer It was on the drinks list. Apparently that was at a different bar. Ended up spending double the amount on two small bottles just to get inside on time.
Beautiful and more intimate performance hall. Caught Alex Newell’s London Debut and matinee performance here. Very close to Sloane Square station!
Beautiful intimate venue a short walk from London Victoria station. Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable seats and the most legroom I've ever had at a concert venue
Such a nice venue for a comedy show. Really surprised with how great it was. Friendly staff allowed us to enter and find our seats with ease.
I attended the Whitney Houston tribute concert and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Seated in row S, the view was somewhat obstructed, necessitating that I stand for the majority of the performance.
