We just wanted to send a message with our heartfelt thanks to you all.  Our wedding reception was perfect and this was down to the amazing food that was served. All of our guests commented on how wonderful the food was and how the presentation was fantastic. Even those with ice cream were pleased with the little fruit extras!  The evening buffet was a great hit as well. Thanks for helping us to sort our cake too, we appreciate it was last minute but we really had run out of time and energy at that point but again we were so grateful that you put it together for us and that really helped.  The serving team were so friendly and helpful and we really couldn't had asked for anymore from the service you provided. communication before and leading up to the wedding was effective and fast and we really felt confident you were a great supplier but after the wedding we are certain and will recommend The Butlers Pantry to anyone who needs your service.  Thanks again for making our day so special.

Butler's Pantry provided the food for our father's funeral and we were very pleased with both the food and the service. They were very helpful beforehand with the organisation and were efficient bringing the food and collecting the plates back on the day. The buffet itself was fresh and the selection and quantity were perfect.

We hired The Butlers Pantry to do our wedding catering wedding breakfast and evening. The whole experience was lovely and very easy and they helped us plan the menu and gave us the benefit of their expertise on food choices.  The food on the day was amazing!  They also were really helpful in adapting quickly on the day to two vegetarian guests who hadn't advised us of their dietary requirements and would have gone without main course and evening food.  Very happy with our choice of caterers.

If I get an invite that says the Butlers Pantry is doing the catering them I can guarantee I will be attending.  I also used Butlers Pantry for a networking event, and we sent folks on their way with individual lunch boxes. One delegate told me "it was the best sausage roll I have tasted in my life".  As a vegetarian I always appreciate the diversity of offering for my dietary requirements too.  Can highly recommend Helen and Ralph and their team.

Butler's Pantry catered for the lunch for 15 of us at our house. Everything worked like clockwork from the booking process with Helen to the cooking by chef Ralph. His two youthful helpers were polite and efficient. They met our needs exactly and provided a supurb meal to satisfy our discerning guests. Our experience of this company from start to finish was super!!  From Helen via email,  to the ladies serving breakfast,  to the chef & the wonderful Roy serving and helping me with dinner announcements!  They were professional,  extremely capable,  the food was well cooked & presented beautifully. We booked Butlers Pantry to come and cook a three course meal for our party of 16 whilst away for the weekend. The service was fantastic from the original booking, choosing our menu choices and cooking that evening at our holiday accommodation. The food was amazing and no one was disappointed. We would definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future. There was a huge choice to pick from to suit most tastes.

This is our second time using Butlers Pantry for our family reunion as we were so impressed with the first, but my first being the organiser. Fantastic experience from start to finish. From Helen helping to organise the catered meal in a venue we were hiring, to Ralph calmly working out the logistics of cooking in one property and serving in another, very calm, friendly and professional. The set up, service, food and clear up was all 5 star. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Highly recommend The Butlers Pantry.  We made the booking for an evening meal whilst away in a barn for my daughter's hen party.  Service from booking to the dinner party itself was excellent.  No problem was too small.  Food was delicious, staff very friendly and helpful and all guest commented on how well the evening went.  We would definitely use the company again.

Just back from honeymoon and one of our first jobs is to write a review about the incredible food, service and experience The Butlers Pantry provided at our wedding a couple of weeks ago.  The food was impeccable.  We had nothing but rave reviews from our guests, with several people telling us it was the best wedding meal they'd ever had.  Every course was beautifully presented, tasted delicious and not a beat was missed in terms of those with special requirements etc.  Not only was the food perfect, but also the delivery. The service ran like absolute clockwork, I was worried having the speeches in between courses might get a bit clunky, but the team cleared/served each course so efficiently and worked alongside our MC to ensure the whole thing rattled along beautifully and it made the meal feel like a real 'event' - exactly as we'd hoped.  Chris the chef was superb on the day and the team of young waiters/waitresses were an absolute credit, all incredibly polite, friendly and thoughtful.  Thanks again to Ralph and the whole team - we could not be happier.
